Ryan Trapani of the Catskill Forest Association lectured our group and other interested gardeners about the
intricasies of pruning overgrown apple trees as well as pruning tips in general.  After the lecture, everyone
hiked back to Lucci Kelly's house for hot apple cider and donuts  which were quite welcome on this icy cold day.
